In Network Benefits
Most insurance companies do not cover family or couples counseling.
Session rates are determined by your insurance company and may vary based on your specific plan. Depending on your insurance plan, there are different possibilities for your financial responsibility.

Out of Network Benefits
If Sam is not a provider on your insurance plan, you may be able to use "out of network benefits" This is where you pay out of pocket for therapy services, we provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) and you submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
